You are probably tired of hearing about my fussy eater. Trust me, I know it gets old. I live it every. single. day. What she eats one day is suddenly off limits the next.
Kids’ tastes in food are one of life’s great mysteries. Does this ring any bells? Picky eaters have finally met their match! With the help of The Wisest Kid in the Whole World™, Campbell’s soup is offering delicious recipes your kids won’t be able to refuse.
One thing I know my kids will eat…cheese, cheddar especially. Cover it in cheese, and there is a good chance it will get eaten. Take these enchiladas for example. Typically, they will NOT eat them. Charlie and Stella are more the bean and cheese burrito type. BUT…fill them with chicken covered in a cheese sauce, and top with more cheese sauce. Now you have a meal that they cannot pass up. To make them SUPER easy, I used Campell’s Cheddar Cheese soup. I added a can of tomatoes with diced chilies for just a bit of heat. You just have to mix, pour, and bake. The enchiladas can even be put together ahead of time and just baked when you are ready. Making this a perfect weeknight meal. For more than 144 years, Campbell Soup Company has been making meals fun and delicious, and now with the help of WisestKid.com you can find plenty of fun, and fast meal ideas that your kids will surely love. I know diner time can be frustrating, oh how I know, but let Campbell’s give you inspiration just when you need it most at Campbellskitchen.com.
You could definitely leave out the chilies, or add beef, use corn tortillas in place of the flour. Whatever suits your kids the best. We loved them, and I cannot wait to make some of the other recipes I found. That is one wise kid for sure. From tomato soup and the endless dunking possibilities, to the miles of noodles in the chicken noodle, or the casseroles made even tastier when topped with a creamy soup, Campell’s can satisfy the fussiest of kids. Campbell’s Kitchen has got everything you need to feed your family.
Enjoy!
