Blueberry Muffin Bread
you can never go wrong when your bread has streusel

This is a hard post for me.
As I sit here and type I am only 1 day into a 5 day juice cleanse.
A cleanse I desperately need.
Summer is a time of indulgence it seems. Ice cream, s’mores, more ice cream. And now that fall is right around the corner I’m finding it hard to button my pants.
Literally.
I refuse to shop, so a cleanse it is.
Suja is delicious. Really. I love every single juice, but you see bread and I, we go way back. That’s probably the reason I need the cleanse.

bye bye muffin top
hello muffin loaf
And this isn’t just any bread, it’s blueberry muffin bread. Muffins in bread form.
Bread with streusel; it’s killing me.
Knowing it sits right there on the counter. Taunting me with its smell.
But I will not crack. I will be strong. I will drink my juice and like it. Especially cause this stuff is pricey
I most certainly did not plan my week well at all. I should be posting kale and spinach recipes.
But you’re not juicing right? Go right ahead and eat it up.

I’ve been dying to try a blueberry muffin bread, it sounds fabulous. Did you break down and give it a taste? I hope so, you only live once ?
I did not unbelievably – I made this and molasses bread and did not cheat
What a beautiful loaf of bread, Heather!
I’ve been overindulging in sweets lately so this week, I stopped eating sweets. I’m eating low carb too. Except for beer. Haha, every time I do low carb, I save room for beer. Good luck with the cleanse. I’ve considered doing one of them before. Do you feel sluggish or low on energy at all? That is my fear with them.
Hope you have a great weekend, Heather!
thanks Julie, I felt a little tired at the end of yesterday, but today I feel great! when the cleanse is done I plan to go really low carb and seriously watch the sweets
OMG I need a cleanse. Such a bad eating week this week, leftover from last!! I could use some of this though for sure. ?
I had a really hard time not eating it, but the cleanse feels pretty good
