funfetti pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • pre-heat skillet or griddle – medium heat (325 – 350 degrees)
  • combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt
  • whisk together the milk, egg, butter, vanilla, and butter extract
  • pour the wet ingredients over the dry, and stir just until combined, add sprinkles
  • pour batter (use 1/4 – 1/3 cup per pancake)
  • cook until bubbles appear on the surface, and then flip
  • cook until the bottoms are light golden, about another minute
  • serve with butter and syrup
