Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Dip
Reese’s Peanut Butter Dip
perfect for all of that leftover Halloween candy
Every year I buy our Halloween candy, and then panic that I didn’t buy enough.
Every year I buy extra Halloween candy, so I am not that house.
Every year I end up with WAY too much candy left.
Every year I eat all the leftover candy, kicking off the season of the yoga pants AKA holiday overeating season.
NOT this year.
Yes, I did buy too much candy, and we DO have a ton leftover, but I found a great use for it.
THIS dip
Ingredients
- 1 small bag of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups {14 cups}
- 1 cup of Lite Cool Whip {defrosted}
Instructions
- roughly chop the peanut butter cups
- in a small saucepan, over med-low heat, melt the peanut butter cups
- place the melted peanut butter cups in the bowl of a stand mixer
- beat on medium
- gradually add in the cool whip, and blend well
- top with crushed peanut butter cup{optional}
Somehow I don’t feel nearly as bad about eating chocolate and peanut butter when fruit is involved.
Enjoy!
